Experience the Magic of Cialis
Do you really want to enjoy your vacation? Then you have to take Cialis along with you, to ensure that you have a great time. Cialis has an action for a full 36 hours. This gives you all the time in the world to have a great time with your partner and yet ease her gradually in have satisfactory sex. Truly the Cialis experience is like magic. Ask John and Diane, who are in their 60s. They went on their first holiday abroad and decided to take Cialis along. Says John “I was surprised at the great time we had, be it great romance or great sex, Cialis is truly practical magic in action.” Cialis ensures great sexual health for all men with erectile dysfunction.

The yellow pill Cialis from the Lilly-Icos combine has been almost magically effective in treating sexual dysfunction in many of our patients. It seems to be remarkably effective in more than half of our patients who have some organic reason for their erectile dysfunction, and yet seem to have almost no impact on men who are getting adequate erections, but hope to "make it better."

So how does Cialis work? Cialis contains the powerful drug Tadalafil. Yet Cialis is not a sexual cure-all. It will not work in the absence of desire, nor will it make a normal erection harder or make one last longer. It will not in save a relationship or a marriage. Sex remains 90 % between the ears. When the brain is stimulated by sexual fantasies or touch, it sends a signal via the nervous system directly into the penis. This signal releases a substance in the penis - nitric oxide - widely known as laughing gas historically used by dentists for anesthesia. The release of nitrous oxide causes relaxation of the smooth muscles within the penis and allows blood to flow freely into the spongy tissue of the penis, producing a firm erection.

At the same time, the veins that take blood out of the penis will constrict and prevent the blood from flowing out, keeping it trapped in the spongy tissue until the sex act is complete. What Cialis does is inhibit the chemical that breaks down nitrous oxide, the absence of which causes one to lose his erection. By blocking the breakdown of nitrous oxide, the taking of the pill results in a longer period of smooth muscle relaxation in the penis and, therefore, allows the penis to stay erect for a longer period of time.

According to the NIH, approximately 40 million men in the United States, half of whom are under age 65, suffer from some form of erectile dysfunction. It affects about 1 in 20 men ages 40-60 and 1 in 4 men over the age of 65. Cialis is effective in about 80% of all patients with pure psychological impotence and about 60% when the impotence is caused by organic reasons, such as poor blood supply, diabetes, surgery, or neurologic disorders. It seems to be most effective in patients whose erectile dysfunction has resulted from spinal injuries or from surgery for prostate cancer. The enormous appeal of the pills is their discretion and ease of use. It is recommended that Cialis be taken 45-60 minutes before sex. Unlike the injectables (PGE-1) that produce an erection regardless of stimulation, for Cialis to work, one must be sexually stimulated. Cialis will have no effect if sexual stimulation does not occur.

Although Cialis is relatively safe with minimal side effects, it is still a potent drug that treats a significant medical condition (erectile dysfunction), the underlying cause of which can be a life-threatening condition such as hypertension, hardening of the arteries, diabetes, or a serious neurologic disorder. Cialis should never be used in patients who are taking any form of nitrates such as nitroglycerin (used in heart patients for coronary artery narrowing or chest pain), organic nitrites, or "poppers" (amyl nitrate).

Less than 10% of men using the Cialis develop muscle aches or headaches, which increase in intensity at the higher drug doses. Cialis comes in various dosages and it is suggested that starting with the lowest dose tablet and working up in dosage if necessary. Cialis can cause a sudden drop in blood pressure, which may lead to unconsciousness when taken in combination with some anti-hypertensive drugs or with nitroglycerin. This can have devastating effects.

Cialis is a prescription medication and should not be taken without a thorough evaluation by a competent urologist or other physician. Remember, impotence is often an early indicator of heart disease, diabetes, serious underlying neurologic conditions, or some types of cancer. Taking Cialis without a full medical evaluation could exacerbate these life-threatening conditions. For example, a patient taking any of these drugs with unknown heart disease, as the underlying cause for the erectile dysfunction, could suffer a heart attack (coronary thrombosis), while having intercourse with his new found Cialis induced erection.

It is essential to speak with the doctor prior to taking Cialis. Often, a complete medical history, physical examination, and appropriate diagnostic studies will be done to identify the underlying cause of the erectile dysfunction. Once defined by the physician, the appropriate treatment option can be recommended - possibly the oral agents, or perhaps injection therapy, intraurethral suppository, or, in some cases, a surgical prosthesis, hormonal therapy, or perhaps other corrective medications. Cialis is normally the first choice of any doctor.

There is no doubt that Cialis has worked magic for millions of men currently suffering from erectile dysfunction but its use must be approached with caution. One can buy Cialis online at the Cialis Pharmacy. In fact cheap Cialis is available at the online Cialis pharmacy. If one decides to buy Cialis through the internet online not only is one able to reduce costs, but also one can ensure privacy in ordering and delivery.

If you have not yet done so, go online now and experience the magic of Cialis.
